Field trip to LaGrange to visit the Texas Quilt Museum and other attractions TBD. (examples:  Weikel bakery, railroad museum, Texas heroes museum, history jail, brewery, cafes)   We will come up with an itinerary as it gets closer.  We selected the second Saturday because of 290 traffic for Round Top Fair on the first Saturday.

Hi Everyone,

I’m preparing for our upcoming trip on Saturday, April 12th.   I contacted the quilt museum and they are expecting us at 10 a.m.   The cost is $8/person.   They did mention that there is an Easter egg hunt in their garden that morning starting at 11:00.   (We knew that and agreed to this date anyway)

Please respond to Nancy (nwlawre@swbell.net) to confirm or send regrets for meeting at the quilt museum at 10 a.m.   This will help us be sure we all in the group when we start the tour.
