There was a small group today and gave us a chance to review the website.

Our members are busy sewing.  Show and Tell highlighted a totebag pattern that Pamela made with clients.  “Oh  to see the eyes of a nine year old when a lined bag is pulled through!  Total magic!”   Elizabeth showed a quilt pattern with motorcyle theme and also stressed the success with double-sided sticking tape.

Juanita says that Hobby Lobby Corporate office has disallowed public meeting at their stores due to covid. When corporate lifts these restrictions Sassy Ladies will meet again. Currently many members attend the Neighborhood Group meetings with the Richmond-Rosenberg group.

The Inside the Loop group’s next meeting will be 4/9/22 at the West Gray Multiservice Center from 10-noon. Marilyn and Gloria will take charge while other group members are at the retreat!

Let’s start the show & tell again — Elysce Sewing masks requires an occasional break. I  sewed 2of these mattress caddies intended for Christmas gifts. The fabric and pattern were purchased at Quilt Con in February. Keep those machines humming – Joy

The Wild Women Stitchers NG started the new year with our January meeting. The group was given instructions on making purses for the Sew Powerful project. Kits had been obtained from Sew Special Quilts and the group began their purses. We did not finish this so it was our program again in February. At the …
