Margarita Johnston
Margarita offers personal classes from her own home.
She has been sewing since high school and currently has an etsy cosplay business.
Twila Hixon
Twila offers personal classes about all aspects of embroidery sewing.
Twila is a retired home economics teacher. She is the leader for two Neighborhood Groups, both of which focus on apparel construction training.
Beverly Gatterson
Beverly provides beginning, intermediate, and advanced sewing. Women’s and men’s apparel. Basic techniques and advanced techniques
Garment construction and design instructor. I taught fashion design at Art Institute of Houston for 12 years. Have been sewing since I was a teen. I am patient and thorough and fun to work with. I have helped design students complete their vision for their final collection some of which went on to show their work in New York during Fashion Week. Some of my students are now teachers and designers here in Houston.
